MentureX connects businesses with certified IT trainers, consultants, and support professionals. All services are provided virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing. MentureX acts as a managed service provider, not as an employer of the trainers or consultants we assign to client projects.

3. Client Information and Data

By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. MentureX collects certain personal and business data (such as contact details, project requirements, and payment information) for the purpose of service delivery. We handle this information in compliance with applicable U.S. privacy laws.

MentureX will not sell or rent your personal data. We may share information only with vetted trainers, consultants, and support staff necessary to deliver the agreed services, and with third-party service providers (such as payment processors) strictly for operational purposes.

4. Payments and Fees

All fees must be paid in U.S. dollars, as specified in your service agreement or invoice. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refunds are granted only in accordance with the specific terms of your agreement or applicable Florida law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained during the course of services. MentureX ensures that all trainers, consultants, and support staff engaged through our platform are bound by confidentiality agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

MentureX provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted under Florida law, MentureX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created or delivered by MentureX trainers or consultants under a client engagement remains the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

9. Amendments

MentureX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
